The Belleview Biltmore Resort & Spa occupies 23 landscaped acres atop a 30 foot bluff in a Clearwater, Fla., gated residential community. The resort overlooks the western Intracoastal waterway.
Hotel Features. Built in 1897, this Victorian style property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. A broad driveway lined with palm trees and Spanish moss draped live oak leads to the hotel's historic lobby. On site dining options include the pool view Palm Grill that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, weekend buffets, and Sunday Champagne Brunch. The Bahama themed Sunset Bar serves light fare and cocktails. Maisie's Old Fashioned Ice Cream Parlor contains a full service espresso bar and highlights the locally made ice cream.
